Lou was a first time seller and so he didn\'t have any feedback. This made me a little nervous at first, but Lou made the entire experience top notch. He stayed in constant contact and updated me when he shipped the laptop. He packed it well and I feel like I got a great deal. The laptop is as described so far. I wouldn\'t hesitate to buy from Lou again!
